Marketing Director
California based home remodeling company seeking Marketing Director! Lead our Marketing Dept. and Call Center To Success!
The Marketing and Call Center set qualified appointments with homeowners for in-home presentations of our top quality Home-Improvement products.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Maintain, manage and train qualified staff in all departments.

Enforce company policies and HR compliance.

Stay within marketing costs and budgets.

Manage daily and weekly reporting
-
Assist with and oversee training of the Telemarketing team in making presentations to prospects, responding to questions, overcoming objections and closing the lead.

Develop, oversee and manage all outbound Calling processes
-
Monitor calls by team members on a periodic basis under the company guidelines to ensure quality service to customers.

Develop, oversee and manage direct mail content, efficiency and reporting.
-
Manage Internet lead generation, online strategies, promotional efforts, search engine ranking, online strategies while developing interactive features and dynamic content in web site.

Research, analyze and recommend new marketing opportunities using new innovative techniques.

Initiate new techniques to improve marketing results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing Degree Preferred or a combination of a College degree and experience.
- 5-10 years previous Marketing/Call Center experience as a successful telemarketer and in a management role.
- Minimum 2 years of specific internet marketing experience.
- Requires intense ability to manage multiple priorities, innovation, and customer focus marketing and call center, system migrations, strategic operations, and management experience highly desired.
- Basic technology aptitude with understanding of call center technology a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and demonstrated track record for achieving desired results.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with peers within and outside the department.
- Leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to analyze website traffic.
- Average knowledge of HTML
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Proficient in conducting research online beyond major search engines.
- Robust knowledge of the ever-changing Internet marketing landscape.
- Ability to lead, build teams, motivate by personal enthusisam, and directs staff in a call center setting, while meeting operational and financial objectives.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Services product & service knowledge highly preferred.
