Kitchen/Bath Division Sales Manager

 

California's Leading Home Improvement Company has an immediate opening for an experienced, in-home, one call close sales leader to command its kitchen and bathroom remodeling expansion.  We have a long successful history in the window, siding and tex-cote business and while other companies may struggle, we are coming off of our best year in 2008 and look forward to great things in 2009.  What we need now is the right person to join our team and become a part of the greatest Home Improvement Company in California.

We Expect:

* Our managers to be experienced in the craft of selling in home, so that they can recruit, manager, mentor and train new sales representatives.  We are not looking for order takers.  We are looking for a motivated individual who wants an opportunity to be in control of his own destiny.

* Our Kitchen and Bathroom Manager has to have experience selling and designing in accordance with NKBA design guidelines.  Ultimately, we will help educate and train in design software, but previous experience with 20/20 sofware is a plus.

* A leader who's work ethic and values are solid and whose commitment to excellence is second to none.
